Professional Service Fees

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed. Once document review, consultation, drafting, filing preparation, portal work, or submission support has started, professional fees may be partly or fully non-refundable.

Government and Third-Party Fees

Government fees, statutory charges, penalties, payment gateway charges, and third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority or service provider.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel before any work begins, you may request a refund of the professional service fee. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Non-Approval by Authority

A rejection, objection, delay, or non-approval by a government department or authority does not automatically qualify for a refund, because the service fee covers professional assistance and effort, not a guaranteed result.
